To install the backup camera, connect the thin red trigger wire to the positive terminal of your car’s reverse light.
How to identify the positive wire of the reverse light:
1.Use a wire tester to detect the live wire.
2.The correct wire will carry current only when the car is in reverse gear.
3.There should be no electricity when not in reverse.

Please ensure you're using the included lighter adapter to power the device.

You can also try connecting it to a wall charger with a Type-C cable to test if the screen turns on.

If the device still does not respond, please contact the seller for a replacement

Try switching between the different audio output options:

AUX cable connection

FM transmitter mode

Car Bluetooth audio

These methods can help deliver clearer and louder sound through your vehicle’s speakers.

4.1. Please try the following steps:
Turn off both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your iPhone.Restart your iPhone.
After restarting, open the MirrorLink function directly (no need to reconnect Bluetooth).
4.2. If it still doesn't work:
Perform a factory reset:
Go to: Settings > Basic Setup > Restore Factory Settings > Yes.

5.1. Check your hotspot name:
Make sure the word “car” in the hotspot name is lowercase (car, not Car).
5.2. Restart your phone and try again.
5.3. Reset the CarPlay screen to factory settings:
Settings > Basic Setup > Restore Factory Settings > Yes.
5.4. Uninstall the mirroring app and reinstall the latest version.

6.1. Try using a different AUX cable to see if the issue is resolved.
6.2. If the noise persists, we recommend using a noise isolator to reduce interference
