1. Download the file to your computer and unzip the file.
2. Select all the unzip files and right click the files and press copy.
3. Click the USB drive's icon, right-click, and paste.
4. Plug the U drive to your car stereo.
5. Power the car stereo, Wait for a moment, The car stereo will automatically upgrade

I have a Pioneer SPH-DA250DAB after market head unit in my car. I carefully followed the instructions and the Hieha Wireless CarPlay Adapter connected first go. After I start the car it takes about 15 seconds to connect. It tries to find a phone (which is no longer connected to the head unit) and then it connects to the adaptor and the Car Play screen comes up. There is no noticeable lag between touching the screen and the music or podcast starting. I’m very happy with this unit and best of all, no more accidentally leaving the phone in the car still plugged into the centre console. 😃
I got this for a Pioneer MVH1400NEX 6.2 inches that I installed in my 2003 Ford Mustang. It works perfectly. The box itself was connected and then mounted out of site (behind the gear shift trim). From start up to hearing music it takes about 20-30 seconds, which is about the same in my Factory Wireless CarPlay for a 2021 Ford F150. I don't always leave reviews, but this was so impressive I had to share. I am a fan.

Simple device, worked immediately out of the box.
Just be advised that it only comes with a USB type C to USB type C cable. My car only has USB type A ports. So I just had to go buy the correct cable and I was good to go. (Type C is the oval, type A is the rectangle)
It automatically connects to my phone as soon as I start up the car. I’ve never had any interruptions with the phone in my pocket, I’m super happy with it. I don’t have to plug in any more for Apple Carplay.
I really loved this product. Easy to install in the car and can be connected to the device via bluetooth. Audio syncs with the video as well when you play a video on phone. Very effective device if you dont want wires in your car.
