FAQs
Troubleshooting tips for sound, screen freezing, Bluetooth pairing, and app compatibility.

Why is there no sound from my car stereo?
Please make sure the correct audio output is selected and that the volume isn’t muted or set too low. Also, check that the audio source is properly chosen.
Wireless Android Auto isn’t working. What should I do?
Ensure your Android phone has the required mirroring app installed and running. Also, confirm the car stereo’s Wi-Fi is named “car” correctly.
I can’t mirror my phone via CarPlay. What now?
If using MirrorLink, turn off your phone’s Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, restart your phone, then try connecting again.
Why can’t I watch Netflix or Peacock videos on the car stereo screen?
These apps aren’t supported by CarPlay. To play them, you’ll need to purchase our AI BOX accessory.
I can’t find or connect to the device’s Bluetooth. What should I do?
Try performing a factory reset in the basic settings menu, then attempt to pair the Bluetooth again.
The built-in speaker volume is too low. How can I fix this?
Please select one of the other three available audio output options. You can find details under the fourth icon on the main menu.
No sound is coming through the FM transmitter. Why?
Make sure you have selected the correct audio output method for the FM transmission channel.
The screen is frozen and I can’t click anything. What should I do?
Simply cut the power to the unit and then turn it back on. This usually fixes the issue.
How do I change the boot-up logo on the screen?
Prepare a TF card with a folder named “update” in its root directory. Place a 1024×600 pixel image named “stalogo.jpg” inside that folder. Insert the TF card while the unit is powered on — the logo will update automatically after reboot.
The device won’t turn off by itself. Is it broken?
This is likely due to your car’s power supply continuing to provide electricity through the cigarette lighter socket even after the car is off. You can manually turn off the screen or use a 12V battery saver to fix this.
