Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $49.99
For orders under $49.99, shipping costs $6.99–$9.99, depending on location
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. If placed before 4 PM and items are in stock, your order may ship the same day.
How long will delivery take?
Standard Shipping:3–7 business days
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouses in the U.S., Hong Kong, and Europe — whichever is closest to your address with stock availability.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but only within 60 minutes of placing the order. After that, it may already be processed and shipped.
What is your return policy?
You can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us at admin@hieha.com to initiate a return.
What if I received a damaged or defective product?
We're so sorry! Please email us with your order ID and photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement right away.

Is there a warranty for Momfann products?
Yes! All our products come with a 12-month warranty. You can extend it to 18 months by subscribing to our email list.
How do I make a warranty claim?
