Returns & Refunds Policy

At HIEHA®, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, to maintain fairness and product quality, we enforce a strict 30-day return policy. Please read the following conditions carefully before initiating a return.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met without exception:

✔ The product must be unused, undamaged, and in brand-new condition.

✔ The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and protective films intact.

✔ The return request must be submitted and approved by our customer service team before the product is shipped back.

❌ Returns for products that are used, damaged, altered, missing parts, or not in original packaging will not be accepted.


2. How to Return Your Items

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Email us at admin@hieha.com with the following details:

  • Your Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Clear Photos of the product (showing condition and packaging)
  • Reason for Return

2️⃣ Our customer service team will review your request. If your return is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

3️⃣ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

4️⃣ Once the item is received and inspected, and if it meets all eligibility requirements, we will process your refund within 5 business days.


3. Free Returns

We only provide free returns under the following circumstances:

✅ Shipping Delays – No tracking updates for more than 15 days.

✅ Product Defects – Verified major defects or quality issues.

📌 For all other reasons (such as change of mind, incorrect purchase, or personal preference), the customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Received a Faulty Item?

If you believe your item is defective, please email admin@hieha.com immediately with the following:

✔ Your Full Name

✔ Order Number

✔ Clear Photos or Video of the issue

✔ Detailed Description of the problem

Our team will verify the defect. If confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label and replace or refund the item.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

❌ Items returned without prior approval

❌ Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage

❌ Items not in original packaging or missing accessories/manuals

❌ Items returned after the 30-day period


⚠️ Important Notice: HIEHA reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions. Only approved and properly returned items will be eligible for a refund.
