Returns & Refunds Policy
At HIEHA®, customer satisfaction is a core priority for us.However,to ensure fairness for all customers and uphold consistent product quality standards,we strictly enforce a 30-day return policy.Please carefully review the following conditions before initiating a return request.
1.Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return,the following conditions must be met without exception:
- ✔ The product must be unused,undamaged,and in brand-new condition.
- ✔ The product must be returned in its original,unopened packaging,with all accessories,manuals,and protective films intact.
- ✔ The return request must be submitted to and approved by our customer service team before the product is shipped back.
❌ Returns will not be accepted if the product is used,damaged,altered,missing parts,or not in its original packaging.
2.How to Return Your Items
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.Please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Send an email to admin@hieha.com with the following details:
- Your Full Name
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the product(to show its condition and original packaging)
- Reason for Return
2️⃣ Our customer service team will review your request promptly.If approved,you will receive detailed return instructions(including the designated return address below).
3️⃣ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted,and no refund will be issued.
4️⃣ Once the returned item is received and inspected(and confirmed to meet all eligibility requirements),we will process your refund within 5 business days.
3.Free Returns
We only cover return shipping costs under the following circumstances:
- ✅ Shipping Delays:No tracking updates for more than 15 consecutive days.
- ✅ Product Defects:Verified major defects or quality issues with the product(confirmed by our team).
📌 For all other return reasons(e.g.,change of mind,incorrect purchase,or personal preference),the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
4.Received a Faulty Item?
If you believe the item you received is defective,please contact us immediately by emailing admin@hieha.com with the following information:
- ✔ Your Full Name
- ✔ Order Number
- ✔ Clear photos or a video showing the defect/issue
- ✔ A detailed description of the problem
Our team will verify the defect promptly.If confirmed,we will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund(at your preference).
5.Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- ❌ Items returned without prior approval from our customer service team
- ❌ Items showing signs of use,wear,or damage
- ❌ Items not in their original packaging or missing accessories/manuals
- ❌ Items returned after the 30-day window from the date of delivery
