Warranty Policy

HIEHA products are manufactured with high-quality industrial components designed for long-lasting performance. We provide a 12-month warranty for all HIEHA products, starting from the date of purchase. If any defects are found in materials or workmanship, we will replace the product or necessary components free of charge.


Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • The buyer must provide the order number or valid proof of purchase.

  • Clear evidence of the defective item(s), such as photos or videos, is required.

  • In some cases, items may need to be returned for quality inspection. If a return is required, a prepaid return label will be provided.

  • This warranty only covers the repair or replacement of defective parts within the warranty period. Refunds are not available.

  • If replacement parts are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with equivalent products.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control. HIEHA will not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages. The warranty becomes void if any product or part has been repaired, replaced, or modified without our consent.

Exclusions include (but are not limited to):

  • Improper use or incorrect installation

  • Misuse (such as drops, exposure to extreme temperatures, power outages, water, lotions, or use of unauthorized accessories)

  • Repairs attempted by third parties

  • Damage caused by external sources

  • Lost or stolen products

  • Items beyond the warranty period

  • Any other conditions beyond HIEHA’s control

Additionally, this warranty does not apply to products purchased through non-official websites or unauthorized sales channels. Authorized retailers may have their own warranty policies. Please consult them directly if necessary.
