HIEHA SU8 2.0 Fat Tire Electric Bike, 750W Full Suspension E-Bike for Adults

I've been testing out this Hieha e-bike and I wanted to give you my honest thoughts. First thing, this thing has POWER. It gets moving quickly, the ride is comfortable, and the fat tires give it a really solid feel on the road. I also like the fact that it comes with features you don't normally expect at this price point, especially the screen and CarPlay integration.I've been enjoying it so far, and for anyone looking to get into e-bikes without breaking the bank, this is definitely one worth checking out. I'll keep putting more miles on it, but first impressions have been very positive.It does seem very durable and well built.Assembly took me about 45 minutes, you probably can do it faster if you have a helping hand, much easier to handle with two.

Great bike! My husband loves it. One of the best and quickest customer service responses ever! We needed a few things replaced on the bike. Customer service had them out within days. Wonderful, wonderful customer service in the bike is great!. If there is anything you don't understand you just reach out to customer service. They send instructions along with videos on how to take care of what you need. I highly recommend it.

The product came defective. The disk break of Front wheel was twisted and the bike was not drivable. I tried fixing it myself but still was not able to dully fix it. It makes weird noise while driving. Its unsafe to drive. The only worst part was, I tried contacting seller and seller was not responsive. If they have just sent me the front wheel with disk break it could have been resolved.

Very pleased with this bike so far. Assembly was easy and using it is also easy. It is very sturdy and feels secure. The camera works great and overall I’m very happy with it. I’ve take it up a pretty steep hill and it did just fine.

Bike is great! You can’t beat what you’re getting here for the price. The cameras are amazing, and the fact that it hooks up CarPlay or Android Auto is really cool! Great power to get up hills! Speed is perfect, but it can be “unlocked” to speed it up. Seat is comfortable for long rides.

My Daugherty loves the bike! The battery lasts a very long time. My favorite part is you can set the speed limit on it.
Definitely wished I bought two of these so I could cruise around with my daughter.

Love the bike just not the fact the the brakes and throttle came not working spent $50 getting the brakes fixed now waiting on a new throttle hopefully this fixes the issue

During setup, the display remained black due to a loose connector. The problem was resolved immediately by re-plugging the connector, and the electrical system has been functioning normally ever since.

Compared to a separate phone clip, Android Auto makes my bar area much tidier.

I really like the design where the battery can be removed for easy indoor charging. The latch feels very secure, but the first few times I slid the battery pack out, I had to pull it a bit harder.

Previously, my knees limited the distance I could cycle. Now, with appropriate assistance, I can enjoy an hour of outdoor cycling without turning the journey into a painful workout.

Even with a heavy backpack, my 210-pound weight felt incredibly powerful. While it couldn't climb steep slopes at lightning speed, the power delivery was smooth and gradual when climbing.

CarPlay works well after connection, but the first pairing takes a few minutes.

The mechanical brakes worked fine after adjustment, but the hydraulic brakes felt smoother.

At a glance, the display screen is clear and easy to read, and you can operate it proficiently after one ride. However, some of the more in-depth settings instructions in the manual could be made clearer.

Doing things in hilly areas feels practical, rather than something that should be avoided.

Receiving location alerts via an app can provide a sense of security when parking outdoors.

My partner and I share this bicycle, and adjusting the seat takes less than a minute. We both find it easy to handle and the ride very stable.

It's heavier than a regular bicycle, but the weight feels very stable as you go faster.

Its climbing performance is the most surprising. On the long hills near my house, it maintains a steady speed, sounds effortless, and doesn't require me to pedal hard.

As a first-time electric bicycle, it's not difficult to handle. Start with the low-assist mode, and once you're familiar with the throttle response, you'll quickly be able to easily handle the extra power.

It's normal for the range to decrease when riding at high speeds, but it's worth remembering.

If I don't use the maximum assist mode, the range is sufficient for my daily riding needs.

The light rain did not cause any display or power problems in my car.

The battery takes a while to charge when it's low, so I charge it after every ride.

The brake levers are easily accessible and offer good handling. One of the brake discs had slight wear when it left the factory, but this was resolved after adjusting the caliper to be centered.

All the important components were already installed, so the final assembly only required installing the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and lights. Organizing these parts before starting saved a lot of time.

A wet parking lot will not make the handling feel unstable.
