The height of the bike is just right. I've tried other bikes of the same model, but they were too low and more suitable for children. The height of this bike is just right for me, which is great!

I really like its smooth curves and stylish design. Since there is no passenger footrest, this bike is more suitable for riding alone.

The Good: Assembled easy. Fun to ride and comfortable considering the frame type. Good quality considering the cost, although it is heavy.
The bad: the reason I won't give it five stars is that it fails miserably when it comes to power. Advertised as capable of 28mph and actually goes no faster than 19-20 mph. Makes a huge difference on a 7 to 8 mile commute. For reference, my total weight with backpack is 185 pounds, but it doesn't go any faster for my 110 pounds girlfriend. This is an annoying thing to lie about, and if the bike wouldn't have been so low cost I wouldn't have given it even three stars because of this.

The speed is as they claim, reaching L3 level. The range is 35 miles in pure electric mode. If combined with pedal assistance, the range can be even longer, but it's sufficient for me.

Honestly for what I paid, this bike offers a lot. It has features I'd expect from more expensive models but at a much better price.

My son loves it. He rides it all day long.

The design is clean and stylish. The screen is easy to read and the paint finish looks sharp. Definitely gets compliments.

A lot of his friends have Surrons but I’m not ready for him to have something that powerful (not to mention, police seem to be cracking down on kids under 16 driving them where we live). This is more like a Super73 but a lot less $$. I like that if the battery dies he would be able to pedal home, but we have barely knocked one bar off the battery with several miles of goofing around in the few days he’s had it. It has more than enough power, even in the very hilly area we live. He hasn’t taken it off-road yet, but I don’t doubt it would do great on a dirt trail. My only complaint is the instructions are incredibly limited and we’re still trying to figure out some things, but knowing this is coming from Asia, I won’t knock it a star because I was very well aware of that when I purchased it. If you want to change it to be able to go 28 mph you need to download the app; it is labeled as a Class 2 bike (has a sticker on the frame) but the app change does make it a Class 3.

I legitimately purchase this bike and put it together myself (took a couple of hours, a lot of of that spent getting the brakes adjusted properly which a bike shop probably could’ve done in 10 minutes).

If you hear the discs rattling, you should be experiencing the same problem as I. The seller said my discs were installed incorrectly. I don't want to complain about anything, the instructions are so sketchy that people can easily be misled. I've since retried it according to the installation video they gave me and tried riding it for a couple miles and all is well!

This bike is so awesome I can’t recommend it enough to all my family members and friends ! This bike is a true head turner it catches attention everywhere I go and it‘s so fun to ride around the city the pedal assist it offers is amazing or you can turn it completely off and ride it like a normal bike! The seat cushion is also awesome it’s so comfortable everyone loves it ! And the battery life is also great I‘ve only charged it once since I got it and I rode about 65 miles with my pedal assist on level 1 which is pretty quick and safe! Over all this bike isn’t that heavy or big I’m standing at 5“10‘ and it‘s perfect for me! I would highly recommend this e-bike as a top contender!

We had some problems assembling this bike, the bike wouldn't start after it was assembled, which bothered us a lot because it was a pain in the ass to return this big guy, so we contacted the customer service people, and luckily the problem was solved, and the bike is of great quality!

When I received the package I was a little disappointed because the cardboard box that shipped the package was damaged, the good thing is that the bike is of good quality and very cool!

Order comes with the tools!! Bike looks amazing smooth paint and rides just as smooth. Only took about an hour to assemble and the instructions were very clear. Brakes work like a charm and while the weight is 70+lbs it's easy to steer from the ground. Comes with an amazing kickstand as well.

What I like is that the bike is easy to maintain. Parts are simple to swap if needed, which is nice for someone who likes to tinker.

No lie, I‘ve had dozens of people ask me about my e-bike these past weeks! My neighbors and friends have been asking me where I got it and they’ve bought two themselves! Absolutely worth every penny!

Just did my first round trip commute to work 6 miles ( mostly uneven sidewalk and grass. Did great 20 minutes to work 30 minutes back I’m 270 lbs and can get it on flat road up to 26 mph when unlocked commute one way never drained it less than 20% . Baton Rouge , Louisiana
