Do I need to assemble the e-bike myself?
Yes. Your HIEHA e-bike requires basic assembly after delivery, including the handlebar, front wheel, fender, headlight, pedals, and final safety checks. The setup video and user manual will guide you through each step.
What should I check before my first ride?
Before your first ride, fully charge the battery and check the brakes, tires, pedals, handlebar, headlight, battery lock, and all visible bolts. We also recommend wearing a helmet and testing the bike at low speed in a safe open area.
How do I turn on CarPlay or Android Auto?
First, turn on the e-bike battery. Then press and hold the red button on the handlebar to turn on the smart display. You can connect your phone through CarPlay or Android Auto for navigation, calls, music, and other smart riding features.
