This bike has really exceeded my expectations with its competitive pricing and good quality. I’ve spent an entire day browsing for electric bikes and similar products are usually twice the cost. The installation might be tricky in the beginning because when I scan the QR code on the product Manuel it leads to the company’s YouTube channel instead of installation instructions. I had to return to Amazon product details/description to look for installation video. On the other hand the assemble process is super easy and intuitive, simply by screwing the pedals and accessories. The speed can easily reach 27mph, and the 48V battery also makes the bike last longer. The pedaling triggers the bike to speed up just like the right side speed adjustment handle, which makes pedaling so much easier. Also the shock absorption is very good even when going over the speed bump, the handling is excellent, but because the bike speeds up easily you got be cautious about your speed and road safety. The ergonomic design is great and I would say this particular bike is suitable for small to midsize people, if you are a big dude you probably want to get a larger bike. Additionally the folding feature allows me to fold it easily and put it in the trunk when I drive to the park. So far, I am very happy with this cute pink ebike and it will be a little gift for my gf.

As others have noted, this bike has impressive build quality and a lot of nice commuter bike details, such as a wireless remote for activating its security system, separate key lock to secure the removable battery, and a cell phone holder with a built in USB charging port. It is quiet, will accelerate smoothly to exactly 28 mph with a 190 pound, 6 ft 2 inch rider.

Range seems great, haven't tried maxing it out. Speed isn't as advertised with a full grown adult, but if you do research you'll know a 500w rated, 700w peak motor is only gonna do 20mph max. For the price, the range and speed are very good. Great value.

Suspension is weird, takes getting used to how it shifts forward when braking hard, but over bumps it's the best folding ride quality I've had. The seat springs are too soft for a heavier rider (200lb), but I planned on getting a comfort seat anyway. Overall the suspension is great compared to the price point competitors with just front suspension.

Main issue is the groove that is supposed to keep the handlebars centered with the front wheel is off. When my bars are centered, the wheel is pointing to the left a noticeable amount. I can manage it but it's annoying, especially on left turns. I've contacted customer service, if they're responsive and fix the issue this will be an easy 5 stars, just because it's the cheapest 20ah bike to use around the city.

Edit: the bolt above the forks needed to be adjusted, I don't know anything about bikes but it was really simple. Customer service helped. 5 star now. range is good if you do pedal assist 1 mode. Full throttle in mode 3 it goes a good 20 miles at least, with a couple really steep hills and 200lbs of books and human on it. I go to the train station and a city over, and ride it to school from the station. 8 miles, then 2, then the same trip back. It's low enough by them you shouldn't ride it much (lipo batteries don't like being fully discharged), but still hits 2-3mph under the top speed so it isn't dangerously low. I take my 6yo to school on it, the little backseat is perfect for kids lol. The footpegs need to be bigger, but usually you have to buy those anyway, including any at all is cool.

This ebike has completely exceeded my expectations! I mainly use it for daily errands and running errands around the neighborhood, and I always enjoy riding it. My favorite thing is that it's sturdy and portable, even when I need to carry it up a short flight of stairs, I can do it easily. The customer service was also excellent, they explained everything I needed to know before I made the purchase. This is definitely one of the best purchases I've made recently!

I'm in love and I haven't even rode it yet! I will keep you posted, but for now I'm completely impressed with the sturdiness of the bike, as well as how easy it was to put together!! It comes with 2 mirrors, water bottle holder, phone holder, keys for the battery and keys for the bike. They also send a free bike lock. But it doesn't seem strong enough for me so I'm using a lock called kryptonite. It's definitely going to keep your bike safe. Great product here for the money. I've been looking for the right one for me and my needs. It's foldable as well!! BEST PART IS IT'S PINK!! e?����

On point a little smaller than expected but it boogies

I love this bike. Ita??s compact enough to roll through an office lobby. Gets uphill reasonably well and has excellent acceleration and throttle.. I use it to commute to work and this is perfect! Ita??s a comfortable ride with shocks that absorb bumps in the road. Comes with an alarm! Loud horn. Built in phone holder. Eye catching. Has keys for battery and bike. Battery holds a great charge, I do full throttle for about 5 miles both ways and the battery is still mostly full. Fast charging too, in my experience.
Things I dislike: instructions for assembly were not clear or easy to understand but I was able to find videos with assembly demonstrations.. the a??side mirrorsa?? are not effective if you have broader shoulders, even after bending them down the visibility is minimal.. The phone holder is not big enough to hold my encased phone and the phone mount is not removable. Comes with an alarm thata??s really sensitive but Ia??ve heard ita??s adjustable, I just unplug it and store indoors.
Overall great e-bike! I havena??t folded it yet, or needed toa?| and thata??s mainly because e bikes are very heavy for me to lift. Would recommend for an easy rider.

It is quiet, will accelerate smoothly to exactly 28 mph with a 190 pound, 6 ft 2 inch rider. It has an over-engineered suspension with three sets of dual shock absorbers and even a gas strut shock absorber on the seat post that gives a very smooth ride. And if that was not enough, it comes with a cute-as-a-button cloth carrier bag for handlebars or attached to saddle, with checkered flag colors that when detached can be used as a folding hand bag. Pretty amazing value for the price. Only potential downside is that it is heavy -- 67 pounds with battery by my measurement using digital vehicle scales, though the battery can be removed and that removes 12 pounds and makes it a reasonably functional single speed pedal bike then.
