Is this battery compatible with both HIEHA SU8 1.0 and SU8 2.0?
This battery fits exclusively for HIEHA SU8 2.0 e-bikes and doesn't work with SU8 1.0.If you have any doubts about your bike model before ordering, please email support@hieha.com for assistance.

Is this a universal e-bike battery?
No. This battery is not universal. It is designed for HIEHA SU8 2.0 models only.
When will my pre-order ship?
