What exactly is included in the bundle?
The bundle includes one HIEHA SU8 1.0 electric bike and one HIEHA Portable 180PSI Cordless Tire Inflator. The inflator is included as part of this specific Ride Ready Bundle offer.
Is the tire inflator automatically included?
Yes. When you purchase this Ride Ready Bundle, the 180PSI cordless tire inflator is included automatically. You do not need to add it separately.
Will the bike and inflator arrive together?
The bike and tire inflator ship separately and may arrive on different dates. Two tracking numbers will be provided as each package is dispatched.
Please allow time for both packages to arrive before reporting a missing bundle item.
Does the inflator work with the SU8 fat tires?
Yes. The included inflator can be used for routine pressure checks and inflation of the SU8 1.0 fat tires. Always follow the recommended tire pressure shown on the tire sidewall and in the bike manual.
The inflator supports tire pressure and inflation; it does not repair punctures or damaged tires.
How much assembly is required?
Some assembly is required before the first ride. Follow the included instructions and setup guidance, and complete all recommended safety checks before riding. If anything is unclear, contact HIEHA Support before using the bike.
How do bundle returns and warranty claims work?
Contact HIEHA Support before returning any item. Because the bike and inflator are sold together as one bundle, an eligible full-bundle return requires both items to be returned unless HIEHA provides different written instructions. Return eligibility, item condition requirements, shipping costs, and any applicable fees are reviewed under the current Returns & Refunds Policy.
The SU8 1.0 and the included tire inflator are covered by HIEHA’s 12-month limited warranty, subject to the Warranty Policy. Warranty claims are reviewed based on the affected item and the information provided.
